We understand that life happens and plans can change. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair to both our participants and our team.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
More than 15 days before the course:
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge. We’ll happily transfer your booking to another available course date.
7–14 days before the course:
We’re unable to offer a refund, but we can reschedule your booking to another date once, subject to availability.
Less than 7 days before the course or no-show:
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of the course will result in the loss of your place and course fee. We’ve already made preparations for your attendance, and late changes leave us unable to fill the spot.
Vouchers
If you received a voucher, you can choose any available course date. Once you’ve selected and booked your course date, the cancellation terms above will apply.
Transferring Your Spot
You’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member for the date you’ve already booked, just let us know their name well in advance.
If We Cancel
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone a course (due to weather, minimum numbers not being met, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date.
Special Circumstances
If you’re facing an emergency or exceptional situation, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’re committed to finding fair solutions wherever we can — but please note that decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of Barben Bees. Supporting documentation may be requested, and repeated or last-minute cancellations under this clause may not be accommodated. This clause is intended for genuine emergencies only.
